Karen Acerson's Brownies

Melt and then cool:
1 C. butter
1/2 C. cocoa
2 C. sugar
1 1/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs (one at a time)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. walnuts (optional)

Don't over mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13" pan.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
If doubled this recipe will fix in a 10 x 15" jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with a lip).
