Pad Thai

 8 oz flat rice noodles

3 T oil

3 cloves garlic

8 oz protein i.e. chicken, beef, fish

2 eggs

1 C bean sprouts

1 red bell pepper, chopped

3 green onions, chopped

2 limes

1/2 C cilantro, fresh

Sauce

3 T fish sauce

1 T soy sauce

5 T brown sugar

2 T rice vinegar

1 T sriracha

2 T. creamy peanut butter

1/2 tsp garlic powder
