Mango Sweet Sticky Rice

1 (13.5 oz) can coconut cream
1/2 C sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 C cooked sweet sticky rice
2-3 ripe mangos (sliced)
1 lime (garnish)

Combine coconut cream, sugar, and salt in medium sized saucepan and cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture is very warm.

Scoop out 1/2 of the cream mixture to reserve for topping. Turn off heat and stir in cooled sweet rice. Scoop 1/2 C of rice onto plate and top with sliced mangos, and 1-2 T of reserved topping.  Grate lime peel on top.
