Granola


1/3 C maple syrup
1/3 C brown sugar
1/2 oil
4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Whisk together:
5 C rolled oats (old fashioned, not instant)
2 C chopped or sliced almonds

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone baking sheet. Use a potato masher to compact the mixture onto the cookie sheet. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes. Cool and then break into chunks.

Store in 2 C raisins.
Eat with yogurt.
