100% Whole Wheat Bread
From the kitchen of Doug McKay
In a 5 quart Kitchen Aide mixer combine:
1/2 T instant yeast
2 cups hot milk
1/4 C oil
1/4 C honey
1 T salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 T dough enhancer
6-7 C whole wheat flour
3 loaves
Bake at 375F for 35 minutes.
