Daniel's Chocolate Chip Cookies

325 g (2 1/4 C tapped firmly 3X's in measuring cup) all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1/2 C butter (softened) + 1/2 C Crisco

3/4 C white sugar

3/4 C packed brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 large eggs

2 C chocolate chips

Preheat oven 350F convection (350F Standard oven)

Cream sugars with butter and Crisco. Cream for a long time, till the mixture is very light colored. Add everything else but the chocolate chips. Mix till combined. Add chocolate chips and mix. Drop by the spoon full on to baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
