Holiday Candymaking--Fudge, Fondant, Toffee, Truffles and Brittle

These few recipes are from the book Candymaking by Ruth A. Kendrick and Pauline H. Atkinson, some locals here in Utah County. I've made the cream fondant, cordials, elegant truffles and toffee and these recipes are excellent. I have confidence that the other recipes will be just as trustworthy and yummy.
