Sugar Free Cocoa or Low Carb Hot Chocolate
2 C. water
2 T. cocoa powder
dash of cayenne
dash of cinnamon
10-12 drops of sucralose (I like it sweet.)
5-6 T cream
Heat water in microwave for about 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. You could also plop whipped cream sweeten with sucralose on top. This is great, but not low fat. We're not fat-a-phobes anymore are we?!
