Laurie’s Buttermilk Pudding Salad

Laurie Christensen of Rexburg, ID brought this salad to our little family (one child) when I was holed-up with placenta previa during my Bradley-pregnancy.  She says that it’s good even when the cookies are squishy.  I agree.

Combine:

2  three-ounce packages of instant vanilla pudding

2 C. buttermilk

Add:

2 eight-ounce containers of whip topping

2 small cans mandarin oranges

Large can crushed pineapple

1 package of crushed shortbread/chocolate (Keebler pinwheels) cookies

 Mix, refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
