Lion House Cheesecake

Crust

1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
3 T sugar
6 T butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
Thoroughly mix ingredients. Press firmly into a 9 or 10" pie pan, lining bottom and sides;  set aside. Make filling.

Filling

1 1/2 lbs (3 8oz packages) softened cream cheese
1 C sugar
3 eggs
3/4 tsp vanilla
Beat cream cheese well. Add sugar a little at a time;  add eggs one at a time;  add vanilla. Combine thoroughly. Pour into crust. Fill to within 1/2 " of top to allow room for topping. Bake 60 minutes at 300F.

Topping

1 pint sour cream
3 T sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Whip sour cream. Add sugar gradually.  Add vanilla. Pour over pie and return to oven. Bake for 10 minutes at 300F.
